Consumer scams are prevalent and can also involve your utility services. Is there really a problem with your bill? Knowing your consumer rights and how to protect yourself is a must. Learn to identify scams, effectively say “no,” and reduce unwanted solicitations. The latest utility scams, Caller ID spoofing, slamming and cramming will be discussed. Light refreshments will be provided.
